If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only, minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your back statement.

-Items sold within the United States may be returned. No International shipments, including Canada
Exchanging item(s) for size corrections or for another item(s) of equal or lesser value are free of charge.
Defective / Wrong Items
In the rare instance that your order arrives defective or incorrect, please take a picture of the item and send it to email@example.com along with your order number and first and last name. Please explain in the email what the issue is and we will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to help you.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on bearontapparel.com. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory.
If you never received your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, please call customer service at 1.714.600.8977 and we will file a claim with USPS.
